Director of Supply Chain & Demand Planning (Grocery Retail) — Dubai, UAE
The Opportunity
tMart is Delivery Hero's own grocery retail arm in the UAE, and we're hiring a Director of Supply Chain to sit at the very core of its business performance. This is a senior leadership role that owns both Demand Planning and Supply Chain end-to-end — from forecasting and inventory to warehousing, transportation and network design. You'll be part of the UAE leadership team, with a direct line of sight into GMV growth, free cash flow and customer experience.
What You'll Own
- Demand Planning & Inventory: own forecast accuracy across categories and channels, drive product availability as the primary business metric, and manage Days on Hand (DOH) targets across warehouses and stores.
- Network & Logistics: design and optimise the UAE supply chain network — transport flows, routes, truck utilisation, contracts — and cut logistics costs while lifting service levels and fill rates.
- Warehouse Operations: lead warehouse and network optimisation projects, including automation, and act as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners on KPIs like on-time delivery, damage rates and cost efficiency.
- Innovation: push forecasting forward with advanced analytics, AI and Intelligent Demand Planning (IDP) tools, and balance service levels against inventory investment and waste reduction.
Who We're Looking For
A proven supply chain leader with deep experience in grocery, retail or FMCG operations — someone who has run large-scale demand planning and logistics networks, managed 3PL relationships, and can partner across Commercial, Operations and Inventory teams. You think in systems, act on data, and thrive on building scalable infrastructure in a fast-growing market.
