The Opportunity
Tamara — Saudi Arabia's first fintech unicorn and the region's leading Buy Now, Pay Later platform — is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a critical area of the engineering organization in Riyadh. Serving millions of users across the GCC and partnering with brands like SHEIN, Jarir, noon, IKEA and Amazon, Tamara is building the most customer-centric financial super-app in the region, backed by Sanabil Investments (PIF), SNB Capital and Checkout.com.
What You'll Lead
You'll be accountable for delivery and technical strategy across multiple complex, related domains within the product. Expect to lead a high-performing team of 6–10 senior engineers, potentially structured across two squads, and to drive execution of team-level goals aligned with wider organizational priorities. You'll guide the architectural evolution of your team's systems — keeping them reliable, scalable and performant — while partnering closely with product and business leadership to shape medium- and long-term strategy.
