The Role
Fivetran is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in Germany to generate new business pipeline and expansion, and close new customers in the Enterprise segment (top accounts in Germany). You'll identify specific projects where Fivetran can add value and take them from opportunity to close. This is a full-time, remote position based in Germany.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities by working with tech partners, SI partners, XDRs, and going direct outbound on named accounts in territory
- Pitch the value proposition of Fivetran's database replication capabilities and the Fivetran platform at large
- Manage 90–180 day sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across enterprise organizations
- Negotiate responsible deals and manage procurement with legal, deal desk and deal champions
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and senior decision-makers who will evangelize Fivetran
Skills We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years in new business sales, with a track record of success selling to enterprise-level organizations
- Experience selling data, analytics or cloud infrastructure solutions is a strong plus
- Vision and resilience: you can plan, execute and adapt in long, complex sales cycles
- New hires attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp (travel required) during onboarding
