About the Opportunity
ElevenLabs — the $11B AI research company behind the world's most realistic voice AI — is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Engineer in Saudi Arabia. Launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model, ElevenLabs now serves millions of users and thousands of businesses, from startups to enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. This is your chance to architect voice AI solutions for some of the most demanding enterprise customers in the Gulf.
What You'll Do
- Partner strategically with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the sales process.
- Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospects, providing bespoke support and architecting solutions on the ElevenLabs voice AI platform.
- Craft compelling technical demonstrations that make the product's value unmistakable.
- Build technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's technical fluency.
- Create self-service tools and documentation that let customers implement and scale on their own.
What We're Looking For
- A solutions-minded engineer who loves translating technical capability into customer outcomes.
- Strong communication and demo skills — you can hold a room of engineers and executives alike.
- Comfort working across voice AI, APIs and integrations, with a builder's mindset.
- High-velocity energy: this is a lean, autonomous team where no task is above or beneath you.
