This role is based in Lisbon.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a senior technical expert and advisor for Cloudflare's most strategic customers
- Architect solutions and optimize performance, helping customers maximize the value of the platform
- Balance deep technical work with direct customer engagement — this is not a back-office role
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business success and long-term adoption
Who You Are
- Senior engineering or solutions experience — you've architected production systems, not just configured them
- Comfort in customer-facing settings: you can translate technical depth into business value
- Hands-on skills across networking, security, performance and cloud architectures
- The builder's instinct Cloudflare hires for: seeing the cracks and fixing them, with AI as a partner
