About the Opportunity

SumUp's Manage My Money team is on an ambitious growth journey — bringing banking and lending products to millions of small businesses across Europe. The team is a small, high-impact group of Growth Leads and cross-functional partners covering CRM, performance marketing, data, and sales — moving fast, thinking commercially, and caring deeply about the merchants they serve. This role sits at the heart of that engine, owning the delivery of campaigns and product launches that shape how merchants discover and adopt SumUp's financial products.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale growth programmes — campaign planning, project plans, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking
• Manage product and feature launches from brief to activation, building messaging frameworks and coordinating across marketing channels
• Analyse campaign and channel performance — payback monitoring, attribution, and customer lifetime value — and turn insights into clear recommendations
• Support the Direct Mail channel for Lending, from campaign execution to commercial performance reporting
• Coordinate with GTM teams (CRM, Performance Marketing, Sales) to keep programmes moving
• Contribute to AI-enhanced workflows and launch playbooks to help the team scale more efficiently

You'll Be Great for This Role If…

• You have 1–3 years managing marketing campaigns or growth programmes, ideally in a fast-growth environment
• You thrive on coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders — keeping things moving with clarity and structure
• You're confident turning data into action: monitoring performance, building attribution models, and translating findings into next steps
• You have hands-on experience with at least one GTM channel (CRM, direct mail, or sales enablement)
• You genuinely enjoy using AI tools to accelerate workflows
