GTM Strategist — Build the RevOps Engine for a 7M-Developer Platform (Remote, Worldwide)

The Role & Impact

We're hiring a Go-To-Market Strategist aligned with Customer Success to shape how Supabase's GTM engine runs. High leverage, high ownership: you'll work directly with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to build the systems, processes, and insights that let our GTM teams move faster and smarter.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end revenue operations strategy: pipeline health, forecasting, territory design, and GTM capacity planning
• A single source of truth for revenue data across HubSpot, BigQuery, Hex, and platform usage signals
• Coverage models, segmentation, and quota structures built around how developers actually buy
• Metrics from top-of-funnel conversion to NRR — insights that drive action, not just reporting
• The RevOps roadmap: tooling investments, vendor relationships, and system evaluations
• GTM/finance alignment on revenue forecasting and accrual accuracy

Who Fits This Role

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or strategy consulting at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools company
• Fluent in the GTM stack: HubSpot, BigQuery, Hightouch
• Comfortable writing SQL and digging into data yourself
• Experience designing sales processes, forecasting cadences, or territory models in high-growth environments
• A product-led-growth mindset: PLS, usage-based triggers, and how PLG data flows into commercial pipelines
• High ownership, async communication, and a bias for shipping simple systems over perfect ones
