About the Role
Motive is hiring an Implementation Consultant for its Mid Market segment — the person who builds customer relationships and delivers value during the first phase of the customer's journey with Motive. Based in Islamabad or Lahore (hybrid, with Pakistan-remote flexibility).
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers by implementing Motive technology, ensuring early product adoption
- Educate customers on the value of the Motive product, features, and AI technology
- Build strong customer relationships from day one, preserving long-term satisfaction
- Work with highly organized, communication-first processes that make customers successful fast

You're customer-obsessed, highly organized, and an excellent communicator. You demonstrate real relationship-building skill and you're comfortable with technology — you'd rather help a customer get value early than wait for problems to surface.
