Successful interns may be offered a full-time job with a starting salary of PKR 35,000 – 70,000 depending on performance and skills.### Key Responsibilities#### Software Development Responsibilities Develop mobile applications using React Native Build websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP, WordPress Assist in development using React, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, or similar technologies Support API integration and database management (MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) Participate in coding, debugging, testing, and deployment Collaborate with UI/UX designers for responsive and user-friendly interfaces Follow Agile/Scrum practices and document technical work#### Business Development Responsibilities Assist in lead generation and client acquisition for software projects Support bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and direct outreach Communicate with clients to understand project requirements Prepare basic proposals and project summaries Coordinate between clients and development teams Learn software sales, negotiation, and project closing strategies### Requirements & Education Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)#### Technical Skills Basic knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, React, Typescript or Java Familiarity with Angular, or Vue.js Understanding of React Native Basic database knowledge (MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) Awareness of Git/GitHub Understanding of REST APIs and SDLC concepts#### Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and analytical thinking Confidence in client communication (for BD tasks) Eagerness to learn both technical and business skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment#### Preferred Skills (Bonus) Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or CMS platforms Basic knowledge of AWS, Firebase, or Azure Exposure to SEO, digital marketing, or analytics tools Interest in AI/ML, Blockchain, or emerging technologies### What You’ll Gain Real-world experience in software + business development Mentorship from senior developers and business leads Exposure to client handling and software project lifecycle Hands-on training in modern development tools and workflows* Opportunity for full-time placement after internship completion
