Lead Applied Value Engineer (AI, LLMs & Process Intelligence) — Remote UAE
The Opportunity
Celonis — the trusted platform for industrializing Enterprise AI — is hiring a Lead Applied Value Engineer to join its team remotely in the UAE. You'll architect and prototype state-of-the-art AI and technical solutions on the Celonis Platform, demonstrate business impact to C-suite executives, and drive successful implementation, adoption and value realization for strategic accounts.
What You'll Build
- Lead technical discovery: translate complex customer requirements into flawless enterprise architecture on the Celonis Platform
- Run high-stakes Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects end-to-end — architecting secure, scalable LLM and agent systems with advanced RAG, tools and strict guardrails
- Integrate AI solutions with rigid enterprise data, identity and compliance frameworks
- Act as a trusted advisor on strategic accounts, ensuring programmatic value realization and adoption at scale
- Codify industry-specific solutions into reusable methodology for the global team
Who You Are
- Deep experience in enterprise architecture, value engineering or pre-sales engineering
- Hands-on capability with LLM/agent architectures, RAG and modern AI stack
- Fluent communicator — you're as comfortable in a C-suite boardroom as in a technical deep-dive
- Domain specialization in finance, manufacturing, retail or similar is a strong plus
