Legal Director (DACH/EMEA) — Be Coupa's Go-To Lawyer for Germany & Beyond (Remote, Germany)

The Role
Coupa's EMEA commercial legal team is looking for an enthusiastic, sharp Legal Director / Senior Legal Counsel (DACH/EMEA). You'll be the go-to lawyer for the DACH region with exposure to multiple other EMEA jurisdictions — reporting directly to the Head of Legal EMEA. Fully remote, with the possibility of visiting an office depending on your location.
What You'll Do
- Own commercial legal support for the DACH region and beyond
- Advise on complex deals and negotiations across the EMEA portfolio
- Partner with sales and business teams to enable growth while managing risk
- Collaborate with the broader global Coupa Legal team on cross-border matters
