About the Opportunity
talabat — part of the Delivery Hero Group, one of the world's leading local delivery platforms — is hiring a Manager Acquisition to lead the strategic growth of its vendor network in Muscat, Oman. You'll drive the onboarding of new restaurant, grocery, and specialty-store partners, expanding the platform's footprint across new zones and cities.
The Role & Impact
As the leader of the Acquisition team, you'll set the strategy, motivate the team to exceed targets, and personally own the pipeline that brings new partners onto the platform. It's a field-sales leadership role with real market impact — every new vendor you onboard makes the platform more valuable for customers across Oman.
What's On Your Plate
- Lead and motivate the Acquisition team to meet and exceed targets
- Drive acquisition of new restaurant partners through strategic planning and execution
- Identify target partners aligned with company objectives and run comprehensive market analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the restaurant industry
- Represent talabat at industry events, conferences, and meetings
- Own onboarding of restaurants, groceries, and specialty stores — expanding geography into new zones and cities
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and account management for cohesive execution
- Report on team performance, market insights, and acquisition progress with data-driven precision
What You Bring
- 5–6 years of experience in sales or acquisition, including a team-lead or supervisory role
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in field sales — ideally in F&B, delivery, FMCG, or tech
- Strong people-management skills and the ability to train and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Analytical comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), dashboards, and reporting
