Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & TikTok Ads) — Dubai, UAE
About the Opportunity
instashop — the leading online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt, part of the Delivery Hero family — is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition across its two main markets. This is an individual contributor role where you'll manage budgets, run campaigns end-to-end, and drive customer acquisition for instashop. It's a hybrid role: part campaign executor, part strategic analyst.
The Role & Impact
You'll work directly with instashop's Head of Marketing on strategy and business performance analysis, while partnering with talabat's performance marketing lead. The team runs lean — embedding AI into daily workflows and moving at the pace of the business. Expect full ownership: from campaign setup to budget pacing to CAC targets.
What You'll Do
- Campaign Execution: Own end-to-end campaign setup, bidding, and optimisation across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels — taking creatives live, testing formats, and iterating on performance data
- Performance Analysis: Analyse the full funnel from impression to conversion, build performance reports for senior stakeholders, and track incentive performance
- Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bids, and landing experiences — documenting hypotheses and learnings in a structured way
- Budget Management: Allocate and pace daily budgets to hit CAC targets, flagging issues before they compound
What You Bring
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager — campaign structures, bidding strategies, Advantage+ campaigns — plus TikTok Ads (smart campaigns, TopView, In-Feed)
- Understanding of attribution and MMP mechanics (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and where data discrepancies come from
- An AI-first way of working: you actively use AI tools for reporting, analysis, and workflow automation
- Analytical rigour — you pull data, build a view, and explain what it means without being hand-held
