Product Operations Senior Specialist (Vendor Integrations & POS API) — Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Role & Impact

HungerStation — part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world's leading local delivery platform operating in ~65 countries — is hiring a Product Operations Senior Specialist in Riyadh. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Operations, making sure product features are properly tested before go-live, vendors get onboarded smoothly, and business teams have the dashboards and insights they need to hit their KPIs.

What You'll Own

• Work closely with Product and Engineering to validate features pre-launch and manage business requests end-to-end
• Participate in OKR planning and product discovery, building a sharp understanding of business KPIs across Logistics, Sales and Service
• Enable the go-live of partner vendors on the platform, supporting POS API integrations with Engineering and Vendor teams
• Analyze data and performance metrics to track progress, optimize program outcomes, and build dashboards that give teams better visibility
• Manage program budgets — cost forecasting and expense control — with regular reporting to senior management
• Continuously assess and enhance operational processes for efficiency gains

What You Bring

• 4–5 years of operational experience in e-commerce or food/tech (ideally 2 years in a senior role)
• Strong problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking; experience analyzing and validating API payloads, requests and responses for integrations
• Solid data analytics skills — hands-on with Tableau or Looker Studio is an advantage
• Project management discipline, with a feel for prioritization and deadline criticality
• Relationship-building skills to motivate peers, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across product, tech, logistics, commercial and support
