The Role

They're hiring a Proposal Manager (Global) to own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle across their revenue organization. You'll work across three platforms — ElevenAgents (voice & chat agents at scale), ElevenCreative (speech, music, image, and video generation in 70+ languages), and ElevenAPI (AI audio foundation models for developers).

What You'll Do

Own, build, and continuously improve the global proposal process
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, legal, security, and product teams
Produce polished, accurate, and compelling proposals that close deals
Build reusable content libraries, templates, and workflows
Balance multiple high-priority opportunities with tight deadlines

What You Bring

Strong proposal management or revenue operations experience
Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
Project management discipline in a high-velocity environment
Comfort working with technical products and enterprise procurement cycles
