About the Role

Talabat (Delivery Hero) is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate in Dubai to protect the quality, freshness, safety and compliance of fresh products — fruits, vegetables and meat — across stores, warehouses and suppliers. What's On Your Plate

Conduct routine quality inspections of fresh produce and meat at stores, distribution centers and supplier sites
Verify compliance with company specifications, food safety requirements and regulatory standards
Evaluate freshness, appearance, texture, ripeness, packaging, temperature and shelf life
Perform sampling and inspections using standard quality procedures and checklists
Monitor handling, storage, hygiene and cold-chain compliance
Identify defects, contamination risks and non-conformities, then coordinate corrective actions with operations, suppliers and store teams
Maintain accurate inspection records and support HACCP and internal quality protocols

What You Bring

A degree or diploma in Food Science, Agriculture, Food Technology or Quality Assurance
Hands-on experience in food quality inspection, ideally in retail, grocery or FMCG
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
Great communication — you'll build relationships with store teams, suppliers and management daily
