The Role & Impact
As a Sales Manager in field sales, you'll be the face of Salonkee in the Rhine-Main area. You'll plan your week flexibly and purposefully for maximum success. You'll deliver captivating product demos, bringing our software to life and showing how it makes your customers' daily lives easier and more successful. You'll win new customers with your expertise—whether through cold calling, on-site visits, or spontaneous walk-ins. Together with the team, you'll develop strategies that drive our collective success.
Key Focus Areas

- Customer Acquisition: Convince potential clients via phone, in person, or walk-ins.

Required Experience
- Sales Passion: At least 2 years of field sales experience and new customer acquisition.
- Autonomous & Strategic: Self-driven planning, clear goal-setting, and smart ways to establish Salonkee locally.
- Technical Know-How: Good understanding of technical contexts and solid CRM experience.
- Mobile & Flexible: Valid driver's license and readiness for field assignments.
- Communication Skills: Near-native German and good English for customer and colleague interactions.
