About the Opportunity

Its Commercial Legal team is hiring a Senior Commercial Counsel who can do more than draft: someone who can shape deals, lead lawyers and help the firm grow with confidence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and line-manage a team of commercial lawyers — setting priorities, overseeing work and developing talent — while running your own caseload
- Shape and negotiate client contracts, partnerships and commercial agreements
- Own the legal side of data, technology and AI deals — from cloud engagements to complex delivery programmes
- Partner with the Legal & Business Integrity and Enablement teams, plus wider firm leadership, reporting into the Commercial Legal Director
- Manage contract risk pragmatically, protecting the firm without slowing great work down
Who We're Looking For
A high-energy senior commercial lawyer with deep experience in digital contracting — data, technology delivery, AI, cloud — and real leadership instincts. You're commercially curious, calm under pressure, and comfortable advising senior stakeholders on deals that move the needle. You've probably trained at a top firm or in-house in a tech-heavy environment, and you're ready to build a team while still getting your hands dirty.
