About the Opportunity

Airbnb — born in 2007, now with 5+ million hosts and 2+ billion guest arrivals — is hiring a Senior Data Scientist under a general application spanning multiple tracks: Pricing, Guest & Host Product, and Marketplace Data Science.

The Role & Impact

You'll join a collaborative team of data scientists, analysts, engineers, product managers and designers building innovative products for guests and hosts. You'll develop models, measurement frameworks, foundational data products and intelligence that shape the Airbnb marketplace.

Tracks You Could Join

• Pricing Data Science — pricing guidance systems for hosts + experimental and observational methods to measure feature impact
• Guest & Host Product Data Science — optimized products, tools and programs that help hosts thrive and guests discover and book
• Marketplace Data Science — data products, inference frameworks and intelligence enabling marketplace growth

What You Bring

• Strong applied data science experience (causal inference, experimentation, pricing or marketplace analytics a plus)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; solid statistical foundations
• Ability to partner with product and engineering to ship measurable impact
