The Team
The Support Analytics team delivers an amazing customer, merchant and courier support experience while optimizing operations with actionable insights — quantifying the impact of every action on the business. You'll work alongside top Data Science and Analytics Engineering professionals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive operational efficiency with the Workforce Management (WFM) team
- Optimize resource allocation by creating accurate scheduling and intraday forecasts
- Simplify forecasting processes and build/support KPI dashboards
- Conduct root-cause analysis for SLA improvements
- Explore cost optimization opportunities and manage the capacity planning framework
- Enhance the WFM data pipeline and uncover insights to refine planning, scheduling, reporting and intraday management
- Design experiments and influence decision-making — this is action from the frontlines, not another analytics role
Our Humble Expectations
- 5+ years in a data science or analytics position
- Experience building forecasting models and time series analysis (Prophet, SARIMA, Holt-Winters or similar)
- Experience in cost analysis and what-if scenario analysis
- Deep knowledge of statistical packages in Python or R
- Proficiency in structured, efficient SQL for large datasets
- Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Nice to have: ML for forecasting, Airflow or similar pipeline tools
