Senior Growth Analyst — Fuel Acquisition & Retention at Careem (Karachi/Lahore)

The Role
This role drives data-backed growth for Careem's verticals. You'll leverage advanced analytics and a solid grasp of core growth metrics to define and analyse growth opportunities, optimise campaigns, and improve the numbers that matter: CLTV, CAC, AOV and ARPU.
Day to day, you'll:
- Extract data from SQL databases, APIs and third-party tools, then clean and wrangle it into something analysis-ready
- Maintain data integrity so decisions are built on reliable numbers
- Define and analyse growth opportunities across acquisition, engagement and retention
- Work with campaign teams to optimise spend and initiative performance
What We're Looking For
- Strong SQL and analytics skills, with experience across BI tools and third-party platforms
- A practical grasp of growth frameworks and unit economics (CLTV, CAC, AOV, ARPU)
- The ability to turn messy data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Curiosity about AI and how it can accelerate growth work
- Comfort working across teams in a fast-moving, multi-market organisation
