The Role & Impact
SGS is hiring a Senior Key Account Manager — Oil, Gas & Chemicals for Saudi Arabia (permanent, full-time, under SGS Inspection Services Saudi Arabia Ltd.). You'll develop and execute strategic account plans that drive sustainable revenue growth across the Kingdom's most important energy and industrial clients — becoming a trusted advisor at the executive level.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term client partnerships
- Serve as the primary executive interface for key customers — identifying business challenges and aligning SGS solutions to their commercial and operational goals
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships with regular business reviews covering performance, growth opportunities, and satisfaction
- Lead end-to-end governance of strategic contracts, coordinating with technical, laboratory, logistics, and support functions
- Monitor account performance, commercial KPIs, profitability, and service delivery metrics — driving corrective action where needed
- Identify cross-selling, upselling, and new service opportunities across the SGS portfolio
What You Bring
- Proven key account management experience in B2B services, ideally in oil, gas, chemicals, or inspection/certification
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing large, complex accounts
- Executive presence and the ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders
- Experience in the Saudi market is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract governance skills
