This Berlin-based leadership role is all about shifting security from reactive auditing to proactive engineering.
What You'll Own
You'll champion a "Secure by Design" philosophy, building and leading a mission-oriented team of engineers where technical excellence, automation and professional growth are central. Your remit includes:
- Co-designing architectural blueprints with Engineering and IT that are technically viable and operationally frictionless
- Driving the transition to Security-as-Code with consistent enforcement across 100% of assets
- Building non-negotiable technical gates that prevent misconfiguration at the source
- Defining the strategic roadmap for infrastructure security maturity at global scale
