The Role
As a Derivatives Sales Manager for the UAE on the STP Derivative Sales team, you'll own Coinbase's derivatives growth across the UAE, MENA and Europe by building and scaling relationships with professional traders. This team drives revenue and market share for Coinbase Advanced's derivatives products — Crypto Perps, Options and RWA products — across global markets.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy, leading market-entry efforts across one of crypto's fastest-growing regions
- Own and grow a network of professional traders in the UAE, MENA and Europe — driving revenue through high-touch, relationship-led acquisition from origination through onboarding and ongoing account management
- Serve as Coinbase's senior market ambassador, representing the company with institutional and professional clients
- Collaborate with product, compliance and regional teams to scale derivatives adoption
Who You Are
- Proven experience in institutional sales, derivatives or electronic trading sales — ideally in crypto or capital markets
- Deep understanding of derivatives products (perps, options) and professional trading workflows
- A builder who thrives on market-entry challenges and relationship-led growth
- Exceptional stakeholder skills across institutional clients and internal teams
