Motive empowers the people who run physical operations — serving nearly 100,000 customers from Fortune 500 enterprises to small businesses with an AI-powered fleet management platform. They're hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer in Pakistan (Islamabad, Karachi, or Lahore — or remote).

The Role & Impact

You'll be the technical hero for Motive's enterprise customers: troubleshooting complex hardware-software issues, diving into APIs and device telemetry, and partnering with engineering to fix root causes. Your work keeps trucks moving, drivers safe, and businesses profitable.

What You Bring

4+ years in technical support, customer engineering, or similar
Strong troubleshooting across web platforms, APIs, and device ecosystems
Excellent written communication for enterprise customers
Experience with SQL, logs, and diagnostics tooling
