SMB Account Executive, Outbound — Hunt & Close at the Fleet-Tech Leader (Islamabad, Lahore & Karachi)

The Role
We're looking for an SMB Outbound Account Executive in Pakistan (Hybrid — Islamabad & Lahore, plus Karachi) to work our largest line of revenue. SMB customers make up the majority of our customer base, and this is a full-cycle cold-calling role for driven, competitive sales professionals.
What You'll Do
- High-volume cold calling and prospecting — this is a true outbound, full-cycle sales role
- Demo Motive software to prospective fleet managers and drivers
- Survey prospects to understand their business pain points and align them with the Motive solution
- Educate fleet managers and drivers, understand their requirements, and get them started
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects with accurate revenue forecasts
- Meet and exceed ongoing revenue quotas through disciplined, planned execution
- Deepen your understanding of the platform and feed market input back into the business
- Study market trends to bring consultative insight to every conversation
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience, ideally with B2B international clients (US/Canada/UK)
- A proven track record of hunting, exceeding quotas, and growing a book of business — backed by data
- End-to-end ownership: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Strong rapport with executive decision-makers and best-in-class communication skills
- A data-driven, independent mindset for charting short, medium, and long-term sales goals
