The Role
As a Solutions Architect for Cohere in the UAE, you'll play an instrumental part in growing the business across the UAE and the wider MENA region. Cohere's SAs sit at the cross-section of Forward Deployed Engineering and AI transformation — part technical expert, part trusted advisor, part product evangelist.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical track on customer calls and design enterprise architectures for North-Star AI deployments
- Develop deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions
- Personally lead the design and deployment of customer pilots that showcase AI impact to strategic enterprise and government customers
- Own the technical relationship with stakeholders — translating business objectives into technical solutions
- Serve as the voice of the customer, liaising with the product team to shape future products
- Guide best practices for using Cohere, cultivate technical champions inside customer organizations, and drive adoption
Who You Are
- A strategic thinker and a builder, comfortable leading technical conversations with C-level stakeholders
- Experienced in enterprise architecture, presales or forward-deployed engineering
- Comfortable working with Python and assistive coding tools
- 2+ years architecting, deploying or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions preferred
- Passionate about pushing the frontiers of applied AI
