About the Opportunity
instashop — the leading online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt, and part of the Delivery Hero family since 2020 — is looking for a Sr. Specialist Marketing to be the creative and strategic force behind its brand presence in the UAE. Your mission: build brand affinity, manage local partnerships, and run integrated campaigns — online and offline — that keep instashop top-of-mind for consumers.
The Role & Impact
You'll work hand-in-hand with external partners, retail vendors, and internal creative teams to execute high-impact marketing initiatives. From seasonal brand pushes to tactical campaigns, you'll own the end-to-end journey: strategy, planning, and execution across the UAE market.
What's On Your Plate
- 360 Campaign Leadership: End-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of seasonal, tactical, and brand campaigns across the UAE
- Co-Marketing & Partnerships: Collaborate with FMCG brands and retail partners to design high-yielding joint marketing initiatives
- Online/Offline Synergy: Align OOH ads, activations, and events with digital, social, and influencer roadmaps
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Connect Commercial, Creative, Legal, and CRM/Retention teams — translating campaigns into targeted in-app and push messaging that drives repeat orders
- Performance & Insights: Read the data, translate metrics into actionable growth strategies, and keep improving campaign ROI
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in brand management, campaign management, growth marketing, or trade marketing within the GCC (Q-Commerce experience preferred)
- A proven track record of planning and executing integrated 360-degree campaigns combining offline, digital, and localized activations
- Experience managing external creative agencies, production houses, and print/OOH vendors
- A data-driven mindset with strong commercial instincts
