Talabat — part of the Delivery Hero Group — is hiring a Senior Specialist, Influencer Marketing in Dubai to lead paid influencer marketing across all talabat MENA markets. This is a regional leadership role: you'll build the operating model that balances local market flexibility with regional governance, and drive consistency in how campaigns are planned, executed, reported and measured.

What's On Your Plate

Build annual roadmaps supporting both regional and local business priorities
Partner with local marketing managers to develop influencer campaigns aligned with brand, commercial and seasonal objectives
Ensure influencer activity is fully integrated into broader campaigns across digital, social, offline and CRM channels
Work with agencies to identify the most relevant creators and content strategies for each objective
Manage regional influencer agencies, establishing clear governance, performance expectations, KPIs and service standards
Own talabat's influencer marketing technology ecosystem — creator discovery, audience validation, brand-fit analysis, fraud detection, campaign management, contract management, performance tracking and reporting
Champion AI adoption across influencer marketing, from AI-assisted ideation to workflow automation

What You Bring

Proven experience leading influencer marketing in a fast-paced, multi-market environment
Strong stakeholder skills — you'll work across Marketing, Brand, Digital, Media, Creative, Legal, Procurement and Finance
Comfort with influencer tech platforms and a data-driven approach to creator selection and measurement
A track record of delivering campaigns on time, within budget, and to a high standard
