HR Manager (m/w/d) — LichtBlick (Cologne) — People Partner Across the Employee Lifecycle

The Role

LichtBlick — Germany's green energy pioneer — is looking for an HR Manager (m/w/d) to join the team in Cologne on a fixed-term basis (1.5 years). You'll advise and support our leaders as a trusted sparring partner on all strategic and operational HR questions, and support our people across the entire employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Advise and support managers as a trusted partner across strategic and operational HR matters
• Look after employees along the full employee lifecycle
• Shape and accompany organizational development and change processes — helping make our organization future-ready
• Support recruiting end to end: from workforce planning and candidate selection to successful onboarding
• Contribute to payroll processing and ensure smooth payroll with relevant interfaces
• Own HR budget planning, steering, and monitoring; support workforce analytics and administrative HR processes
• Take on HR projects independently and bring fresh ideas to improve and evolve our HR work

Who You Are

• A completed degree with a focus on Personnel Management or an equivalent qualification with additional training
• Solid experience in a comparable role, supporting both employees and leaders, with broad expertise in individual and collective labor law
• Initiative and diplomatic skill — you convince through communication and advisory competence
• Excellent self-management and a strong service orientation
