The Role
They're hiring a Senior People Operations Generalist for the global People Operations team. You'll support the entire global population — onboarding, compliance, day-to-day HR — with work divided by focus area rather than by region. And you'll own global compliance programs almost like a program manager: building them, maintaining them, and continuously improving them as Harvey scales into new countries.
What You'll Do
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle globally: onboarding, changes, leaves, exits, and everything in between
- Own global compliance programs like a product — right-to-work, statutory leave, GDPR and data protection, and more
- Be the go-to person for EMEA and JAPAC coverage, making real-time calls while the rest of the team is offline
- Partner with a broader team of People Operations Generalists and Coordinators, reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations
