About the Role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group — the world's pioneering local delivery platform operating in ~65 countries and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange — is looking for a Senior Specialist, Finance Systems with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This is a hands-on, high-visibility role in Dubai where you'll lead finance module implementations and act as the bridge between finance stakeholders and the technical delivery team.

What's On Your Plate

Lead end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Budgeting
Design finance solutions supporting multi-entity, multi-currency global operations and high-volume transaction processing
Run business process workshops, gather and validate requirements, and produce Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
Partner with the D365 implementation vendor on configuration, rollout and integrations; validate customizations and data migration requirements with functional sign-off
Drive process optimization and automation using native D365 features plus Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
Plan and manage UAT cycles, build test scripts, deliver end-user training, and support go-live and hypercare with structured knowledge transfer

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, functional training and technical support (Finance & Operations, Supply Chain) in medium-to-large enterprises
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310)
Experience with data migration tools (Data Management, Excel, Azure Data Factory) and integration patterns (Azure Service Bus, Power Automate, REST APIs)
Comfort in Agile/Scrum environments with strong stakeholder communication
